RICS Home Survey
Level 2
A detailed visual inspection of the property's condition, highlighting significant defects, potential risks and areas where further investigation may be appropriate. Particularly suited to conventional properties of standard construction, generally built after 1930 and in reasonable condition.

RICS Building Survey Level 3
Our most comprehensive residential condition survey, providing a detailed assessment of the property's construction, condition and defects, including advice on repairs and maintenance. Includes advice on estimated repair costs.
Particularly suited to:
✓ Properties that have been altered and/or extended
✓ Properties built pre-1930
✓ Older or unusual properties
✓ Properties requiring a more detailed assessment

Using recognised BCIS data, we can provide an indication of the property's rebuild cost to help you understand the appropriate level of buildings insurance cover required.
